Heli.os: Component Diagnostics Tool - Paid
A downloadable tool for Windows and macOS
Heli.os Component Diagnostics Tool (CDT)
Heli.os CDT is a comprehensive device for the analysis of physical modules.
The Universal Socket (US) installed on the device is capable of interfacing with Components (Modules) from different manufacturers, and parse their technical data. Technical fact sheets can also be printed with a common layout (if not corrupted).
After socketing a module, use the print button to print its technical sheet.
For Manufacturers
After socketing a module, keys 1 to 6 and A to F can be used to input a keycode. The enter button (on the far right) submits the code, attempting to decode and parse additional and confidential information encrypted in the module memory.
Latest Updates
- Since the last patch (January 2025), modules with encryption keycodes of 8 digits are supported.
Future Implementations
- Component variable editing
- Fix issue where submitting keycode terminates connection with socketed component. For the time being: un-socket and re-socket components after submitting a keycode.
Notes
Heli.os developers acknowledge the existence of custom firmwares of the Heli.os CDT. We knew people would run DOOM on the device, but the USB port's intended purpose is that of exporting logs, rather than installing custom firmwares.
The Heli.os team declines any relation to firmwares other than the official Heli.os. The latest official firmware is: Heli.os 1.21.38
Please, refrain from using the USB port for anything other than its intended use.
